The 2007 Hunnert Car Pileup Vendor information
Regular merchandise vendor spaces are $100 per space (2 spaces maximum; $200), inside spaces are 10′ x 12′ and outside spaces are 10′ x 15′. Electricity is available near the commercial building.
Food vendor spots are $250 and if you’re selling food, then you must obtain a Grundy County Health Certificate. The inspector will be around to make sure you have it, too. Contact Hellfish for more details.
All vendors must have registered and paid by October 1, 2007. No day-of-show vendors will be accepted. Vendors must be inside the gates by 8am and non-show vehicles must be back outside the gate before the gates open at 9am for the show. A limited number of vendor trailers will be allowed this year, but they must receive pre-approval. Trailer parking and vending will be allowed in the pit area. Fees will depend on the size of the trailer. It may be possible to set up Friday night if you let us know in advance.
And remember, automotive and custom culture related vendors only please. We use a broad definition, so please ask. We reserve the right to refuse a spot to anyone.
